The musical part of her life started back in the eighties. She had written a lot of poetry and thought she'd take a shot at lyric writing.

In the year 1996, she wrote a lyric called Better Things Than You, then had it demoed. The following year she pitched Better Things to publishers, accepting material, and heard back from one publisher right after he received it. Allan Licht of ABL Music wanted to publish her song, and it was at that time she became affiliated with BMI. Dainel Jackson of Castle Records/Tower Music Group recorded the song in July of 2001. Released (July 2003) on her new debut CD, entitled 'Better Things Than You'. Since signing her song, Allan and her co-wrote 2 more songs, called My Heart's Comin' For You and Night Wolf Lover which was recorded by Eileen Balzano (2000).

11 year old pop singer Joey Pearson has released a song she co-wrote with Bill Scull Jr. called Candle Light The Way. This song was written in remembrance of the Sept. 11, 2001 attack on America. It's a song of hope, and it is included on his debut, "Something To Say" CD. Joey recorded another song she cowrote w/ Carlos Tabora, entitled "Novel" ('Love's Like A Novel'), for his 2nd CD 'Novel', released in Sept. 2003. The song was produced by Josquin de Pres, whom has cowritten w/ Bernie Taupin (Elton John's lyricist).

Brandi Ward, country artist, recorded "Country Girl's Gonna Rock & Roll" on her debut CD, Window To My Soul.

Bill Scull released a CD called A Night Without Love, which contains 5 songs she's written or co-written.

Eileen Balzano, has recorded 8 of her songs on her Steppin In CD, and since has released 3 new singles she had wrote.

Country singer Jaime Beaver, recorded and released "Letting Love Go" on her album On This Road That I'm On (2005).

UK pop artist Steven M McLachlan has recorded a pop number she wrote called "C'mon C'mon". Also, I Am The Music (2004) included on his new CD The Way The Story Goes.

She has put together a book of her poetry entitled Let Yout Heart Soar, published by Publish America
She has just finished another book entitled Wannabe Partners In Crime, published by Publish America.

She is also a designer of knit/crochet apparel and accessories and does business as Mar's Wears.

Now on to some of her other interests and hobbies. Likes to draw and sketch and do oil paintings(landscapes mainly). Has written children's stories, loves music over watching TV, but enjoys Steven Seagal and Arnold Schwarzenegger movies.
